From beauty products to crystals and a way to spice up your meditation, here are five things I used/did this week to make my life more holistic.



Nourish Organic Face Cleanser: I’ve been using this product for a month and it quickly turned into one of my favorite cleansers. It’s both organic and vegan and has watercress, cucumber, and aloe vera, which are great for sensitive skin because it doesn’t cause drying, irritation, or redness.



Crystal Deodorant: It is really hard to find a vegan deodorant that you don’t have to apply every hour on the hour, especially if you work out and have B.O. but this is one of the few vegan product that is sold locally and does the job for me. I use the travel stick, but Crystal also sells roll-on and spray deodorants.



Lush’s None of your Beeswax: After I found out that beeswax is not considered vegan and why I did what any Lush-obsessed person would do: I ran to the only Lush store in Puerto Rico and got this beeswax-free vegan lip balm. I am officially obsessed with this lip balm and will get this as soon as I hit that pan.




: Mudras are gestures of the hands, body, or face to expand the breath, consciousness and energy systems of the user. Many of these are for the hands and is commonly used in meditation or yoga which are paired with breath work, physical postures, and mantras.




Red Jasper: This crystal is a stone of empowerment, bringing its user strength to resist emotional domination by others. It can re-activate a passion for living when we’re feeling unemotional, apathetic, or depressed and focuses on the base chakra.
